Fri, Sat & Sun- Disney's Frozen On Ice is showing at Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale. Click here for ticket and showtime information.
Fri, Sat & Sun- Catch one of William Shakespeare's most famous comedies- Twelfth Night- at Adelphi's Olmsted Theatre. Showtimes: Fri 7:30pm, Sat 2pm and 7:30pm, Sun 2pm. Ticket price: $20 Adult, $15 senior, $5 with any student ID.
Saturday- Avellino's (winner of best pizza in GC 2014- if you were unaware of that, click here.) will host a pizza eating challenge. Will a professional eater win the title? Start time: 4pm. 279 Nassau Blvd, GC South.
Saturday- The Tilles Center Gala 2014 hosts Jay Leno at 8:30pm. Unless you're already a lucky ticket holder, tickets for this event are hard to come by. http://tillescenter.org/event/jay-leno/
Sunday- At the Hofstra University Museum from 1:30-2:30pm, children can explore works of art and then engage in a hands-on activity inspired by what they've seen and learned about. Click here for more information. Ages: 5-10.
Sunday- Watch a cinematic presentation of Moulin Rouge the Ballet- a passionate story of love, ambition and heartbreak in turn of the century Paris. Enjoy crystal-clear HD projection and beautiful surround sound at Westermann Stage, Concert Hall, Adelphi University. $20 adult, $15 senior, $5 students. Show starts at 2pm.
