Saturday- Shop the Block at Garden City Community Church. Come to fill your shopping needs and enjoy a day of fashion, food and fun! Vendors will be selling a wide array of items. There will also be a car wash and plant sale. 10am-3pm. Whitehall Blvd and Stewart Ave, Garden City.

Saturday- Hofstra University's Annual Dutch Festival takes pace from 11am-5pm. Just walking this beautiful campus in springtime and admiring the abundance of tulips is a treat itself, but why not also enjoy live jazz music, crafts, magic show, bounce house, puppet show, face painting plus Dutch food and drink! 700 Hempstead Tpke, Uniondale.
Saturday- Hit the Long Island Children's Museum from 2pm-4pm if you want to make a dazzling jewelry box for Mother's Day. 11 Davis Ave, Garden City.
Saturday- Free craft for kids at Lakeshore Learning Store from 11am-3pm. This is a great store worth checking out if you haven't already! 2079 Hillside Ave, New Hyde Park
Saturday- Enjoy an evening of Cabaret Theatre at Adelphi on Saturday night. Showtimes: 7pm and 9pm. Black Box Theatre. $5. Buy tickets here.
